Top one was done from a photo taken when our Amish friends was putting roof on our house. I gave this to Dave Yoder, one of the guys who helped do it. The 2nd was done from a photo in Country Extra or Country Magazine. 3rd was a combination of references and I think the 4th was in Country or Country Extra Magazine also.
